Nestled in the heart of beautiful Redgrave, Suffolk. I have recently opened my sweet cosy yoga studio; a place where you can feel relaxed and safe enough to slow down, to soften and to surrender in order to allow your Self to grow stronger both in body and mind. It is in a rural, rustic setting attached to my home.

I offer a mixture of classes from challenging strong power flows to soft and nurturing stretchy flows, restorative and yin classes and also pregnancy classes and kids classes!

2 hours £15 exclusive hire

Whole day (8am - 6pm) £50 Exclusive Hire

Available for Private Exclusive Hire

Available for exclusive hire for private use & wellness professionals (Pilates, yoga, PT, massage, personal Practice, Photoshoots, therapy and counselling)

The studio has a fresh yet rustic feel, it offers a fully equipped space to move and breath. Hire includes the following services:

• Wood burner with unlimited log supply

• two large windows with natural light

• bluetooth speaker

• ambience including insense and candles

• 12 yoga mats

• 24 cork yoga blocks

• 10 yoga bolsters

• 18 yoga straps

• first aid kit
